Q: Why do you request Bluetooth & Location permissions?

A: Bluetooth & Location services are necessary to find & connect to your device. Without these permissions, the app wouldn't be able to function properly!

can't say much about learning the app to customize my device, when its constantly disconnecting from my Carta Sport. just while trying to adjust temp to preheat, it reconnected 5 times. it'd be great to use an app for the device which worked fantastic, but talk about glitch galore. money people pay for these devices, the app should work flawlessly. imo.

the app idea is cool and i love how i can just heat up the rig with my phone, it makes it super convenient. my biggest problem is the rig keeps disconnecting from the app. I dont understand why the rig isnt permanently connected to the app like most things are connected to a phone. I have to restart the app like 20 times and shut off and on the rig atleast 5 times for it to actually want to connect. something that should take maybe 2 minutes to do, if I take my time, now takes 20 minutes. FIX IT

I've had my Carta Sport for about 2 or 3 months now. At first, this rig is amazing and easily replaced any current or future rigs I had. For awhile it worked perfectly, cleaning was easy, I didnt need a torch, and I had it whenever I wanted it. But, all things beautiful come with problems. The Bluetooth capabilities remind me of the early 2000s when Bluetooth first released. constantly losing connection even when it should be stable, the rig just forgetting its on entirely. I cannot recommend
