Q: Why do you request Bluetooth & Location permissions?

A: Bluetooth & Location services are necessary to find & connect to your device. Without these permissions, the app wouldn't be able to function properly!

app wont stay connected have to keep closing and re launching and turning my carta off and on over and over... when it does connect it crashes in the middle of trying to do anything. all recent reviews are 1 star saying the same thing for the last couple years and theres been no update since December last year. Launched a new product that no longer has a screen on it, so we have more of a need to use the app, and you didnt even make any updates to this app to support the new users...? what? whyy

For me the app seems to work just fine. But there are two things i wish were a bit different. I think that I should be able to add friends so the we could compare the leaderboard. Also i think changing the device screen saver should be a little more user friendly. I was able to figure it out but it took a while and i had to watch someone online show how to do it.

I love the Device, I have had mine for a month and I have yet to use the app because originally it didn't come up on the app store at all. Well they fixed that issue apparently, now with the app downloaded it will not find my brand new carta at all. Yes my Wi-Fi is on too. I would give 5 stars if I could actually get to use the app. I've used the app in the past when the Carta 2 first came out and loved it. I don't get the deal here why so many app issues.
