Lunch Mate is an in-house networking app that naturally connects you with people from other teams within the company for lunch and coffee breaks.

Instead of spending your daily lunch with only the people on your team, casually meet up with colleagues you haven't spoken to yet. By setting your desired day, time slot, matching radius, and whether you want to meet someone from within or outside the company, you will be matched with people who meet your criteria.

After matching, you can coordinate the location and time in the chat room and even assign simple roles using a ladder game.
