Events Widget is a clean and customisable Android app with a home screen widget designed to keep you updated on birthdays, holidays, and other important events in your life.

Keep all your schedules in one place and view them instantly without even opening the app!

Key features:
- Contact Integration: Automatically reads birthdays from your device contacts, displays future age, zodiac sign, and photo — in the app and on the widget, on the left or right of the text.
- Calendar Sync: Seamless integration with Google Calendar and other system calendars. Choose which calendars you want to display.
- File Import: Load events from custom text files (.txt) on your device (supports custom formulas for floating holidays, birthdays, and fixed events). Events from files can be edited or hidden right in the app with a long press — no text editor needed. The file line also supports weekly and monthly repetition, the event time, and reminder settings.
- Manual Entry: Easily add custom events, anniversaries, or reminders directly inside the app with yearly, monthly, or weekly repetition. Completed one-time events are struck through in the list and removed automatically a few days later.
- Special Events: Highlight important dates with a distinct color to catch your eye.
- Floating Events: Set dates by an "Nth weekday of the month" rule (e.g. the second Sunday).
- Backup, Import & Export: Save events created in the app to a backup, restore them, or export them to text files. Supports the .ics calendar format — bring in events from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and other apps, and export your events back out.
- Three UI Styles: Default (cards with color bar), Modern (gradient tiles with event-type badges), and Classic (minimalist list). Event font size and list density are adjustable, from a tight list to roomy cards.
- Flexible Widgets: Freely resize the widget in width and height to fit any home screen. Customise background transparency, borders, event font size and line spacing.
- Events in the Notification Shade: an ongoing silent notification listing what is coming up — up to 16 events, with a choice of row look, font size and spacing.
- Smart Notifications: Get reminded on the event day or in advance (1, 3, or 7 days before) at a preferred time of your choice.
- Color Palette: Assign distinct colors to 7 event types (contacts, files, calendar, holidays, past events, etc.) for quick recognition.
- Extra Features: Moon phases, Friday the 13th calculation, and national holiday support for selected countries.

Enjoy full support for light/dark themes and dynamic system colors. The application is completely translated into English, Russian, and Ukrainian. No ads, no tracking — your data remains entirely offline and secure on your device.

* Same-day events can be arranged by dragging — the order applies in the app, on the widget and in the shade
* Minus and plus buttons next to the slider: an exact value is set step by step
* "Regular events" in the palette are split into "Events from files" and "Events you created", each with its own color
