used to be good. we chose this app because it used to be simple, intuitive, and reliable, but now they are over complicating it for "reasons" and every time they make a change it breaks the program for us and we have to beg their customer service to fix it again. we are going to look for a new service to use for the company. will say the customer service is pretty solid which is the only reason they are getting two stars instead of one.

Being a small business it's tough to pay for a paid version of anything. If it wasn't for the inability to send short demonstration videos, it would be an OK app. Just know that you can't send any videos unless you upgrade to the paid version...??? Not being able to send videos you might as well create text streams for your various departments or management levels. Don't recommend. If you're going to pay I'd go with Crew.

I can't live without MyBiz. We are opening more locations and I am certain that there's no way we could do that without it. What used to take me hours takes me minutes! And they are always making the app better! The search function has saved me so much time and energy. I can find anything I need in like two seconds. No more app to email, everything is in one place. I love it.
