Being a small business it's tough to pay for a paid version of anything. If it wasn't for the inability to send short demonstration videos, it would be an OK app. Just know that you can't send any videos unless you upgrade to the paid version...??? Not being able to send videos you might as well create text streams for your various departments or management levels. Don't recommend. If you're going to pay I'd go with Crew.

I can't live without MyBiz. We are opening more locations and I am certain that there's no way we could do that without it. What used to take me hours takes me minutes! And they are always making the app better! The search function has saved me so much time and energy. I can find anything I need in like two seconds. No more app to email, everything is in one place. I love it.

I was given this app from my boss at wendys we use it for pretty much anything to upload schedules to show our oppinons and even seeing if anyone can take over our shifts if the person on question can't make it. the coast app is really convenient. I highly recommend this app to any businesses out there of you have a group of people you need to stay in touch with this would be that app that can help you.
