To create your account in the application, enter the personal data with which you are registered in the Medpark database and the profile will be automatically confirmed.
People who have not yet benefited from Medpark services or whose data do not match those in the hospital database can also create an account with limited access to schedule consultations and after the first visit to the hospital will have full access to the medical file .
