With the official FON app, you have control of your internet service directly from your cell phone, without needing to call technical support.
Log in with the Customer ID we assigned you when you signed up for your service and access the following features:
- Restart your router remotely, without physically unplugging it
- Change your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) whenever you want
- Securely update your Wi-Fi network password
- Activate internet access control in your home (parental controls), with pauses of up to 12 hours
FON is your 100% fiber optic internet provider, and this app was created to give you more autonomy and control over your service, 24 hours a day.
