About this game

A word appears on screen, set in a few mystery typefaces. You drag letters into the right category: Serif or Sans, Geometric or Humanist, Old Style or Modern. That's the game. And the road to font identification mastery.

There's something physically satisfying about the drag and drop. You're spending time with well-crafted, beautiful fonts, making judgment calls, getting instant feedback.

Those 'aha' moments when you get it right and you actually knew why! That feeling gets addictive because your graphic design skill is real and it compounds.

A Unique Typography Game, Educational and Fun:

You will actually learn typography playing yourself through 25 levels and 3 game modes. It starts easy (Serif vs. Sans) and gets hard (three fonts from the same category, no hints).

Rather than studying or memorizing, you finish Font Clash knowing how to classify fonts because you've sharpened your eye for typographic patterns and details.

Build Your Personal Type Library:

Every typeface in Font Clash is open-source and cleared for commercial use. The game features over 200 fonts curated across every major classification. They are 100% open to use in your work. Save any font you like while playing. Tap to see the foundry and where to download it. Your saved list becomes a personal type library built right inside the app, making it a great utility for graphic designers and creative students.

A Premium Zen Experience:

Font Clash was made by one person who genuinely loves typography. It is a fair, honest mobile game built for the same people it was designed by. No tricks. No engagement loops. Just a well-made game for people who care about fonts.

The game works fully offline. There are zero ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. You pay once and everything is included.
Categorize fonts and train your eye with this educational typography puzzle.
