They advertise that you can port your Canadian phone number to their service. I bought an unlimited plan and a physical sim. After I bought the plan and submitted my info to port my number, they tell me the next day that they can't do it and refuse to refund the useless month. Customer service was super rude. Posted my experience in the comments of their facebook ads and they just blocked me. lol So you're only reading the good comments. I would avoid just based on customer service alone.

Performing much better than the old version. But when on a call, the keypad dismiss button at the same place and color as the End Call button is just so confusing. The speaker button while on a call is too small and hidden, it should have stayed next to the keypad display button, quickly accessible. The old app also had a Usage section which quickly displayed your data and minutes usage which was great. It's absent from this version and you need to go to the website to get the info.

Honestly, I hope the fonus team listens to this. The app is mid because I can get the basic features with any phone app in a rambunctious way. The keypad screen is annoying because half of the time I am trying to slide to the next page but it also presses a key. There is no empty space around the key pad. The removal of what I typed in that pad is an arrow and not very simple. Just copy the android phone app. The contacts. Regarding while in a call, add more features and make buttons better
