most of the help are rude and inconsiderate, not very helpful especially when I'm trying to buy or check on my lottery...

It's hard to manipulate, at least to seniors like me. I had to get a little help from someone more gadget knowledgeable. He was 11 at the time. Otherwise, 5 stars easy. So far, I've found a use for the one day only special event sale every time. Good system. Could add more products.
