I have been using Record Book for the past two years without any issues, but the recent update has made the experience completely disappointing. All my data appears to have been erased, and I am unable to even open the app properly. There was no prior notice about such a major update, which is very frustrating. Also the is no proper support system very worst experience.

​The app's performance hasn't improved 👎 since the "Rebirth" update two weeks ago. It is very slow, 😭 and the new interface makes data entry difficult. 😔 I still cannot see the Auto Total at the bottom & can't generate PDFs till now. Since I have a lot of data stored here, please provide a professional update to fix these issues.

We have been using your record book app (paid version) for the last 2 month, and all our important data is stored in it. The recent update has completely changed the interface without any proper user feedback or analysis. Now the app feels no better than a basic Excel sheet. The previous version was far more practical and user-friendly. Also, we have already tried contacting you on WhatsApp, but there has been no response. This level of support is very disappointing, especially for paid users.
