I love this app because I hit the ground running as soon as I get to work. If I decide to order lunch, I need something that is quick and easy to use. Foodsby is both. I also love that when I order from a place I've used before, I have the option of just selecting an item I ordered in the past instead of having to go back through the menu and then customize the order all over again. Maybe in the future I'll be able to select from recent orders but then modify it for extras, like sides or drinks.

Zero reliability on food delivery. I have ordered food to my office location a few times, have had issues getting deliveries on multiple occasions. I have always faces delays in getting food delivered. Worse experiences are when the food goes missing enroute but the app updates that the food has been delivered. Their support is almost equal to absent, there is nowhere to call them. Email is the only option. They are unable to establish any coordination to locate your food or order on any issue.

Since this app is an aggregate of different food caterers, experience can be hit or miss. I have ordered 4 times from Foodsby each time from a different restaurant. 2 of those had delivery problems, one of which took almost an hour for the deliverer to fix. If you have meetings or time-sensitive work, use this app at your own risk. Additionally, the Foodsby drop-off location at my building is unattended, so nothing stops someone from picking up an order that isn't theirs.
