Ratings and reviews

Was unable to place an order with online payment method. I wanted to place an order with my card but it stays stuck on the page where it tells you to choose the payment method and won't proceed beyond that point. Everything else about the app and overall experience was good though. I hope you guys will fix the card payment option soon. Lot's of orders awaiting.

Usually takes more than the time it displays for customers. Can't say much about the issues they face. There is a mismatch between what is being shown as I track & what I actually finds out when I call out of frustration due to heavy delay. Of course, too much overprice items. About the restaurants, the food is of modest quality & I am sure they have compromised the quality taking advantage of the lockdown! Some food items are even rotten. Not hot at all. el

Hi!Im a regular customer of foodwifi and I have had no problems with the app before. However, ever since I had it updated, there seems to be something wrong with it. It dsnt send me the OTP bt it keeps asking me to type in the OTP to continue. Because of this I had to switch to another delivery app. Please have it fixed asap. Cause I like using your platform.
