Ford Money

The Ford Money mobile app helps you manage your savings on the go and at your convenience.

You can access your accounts, view your balances and review your transactions quickly and securely. In addition, you can now make transfers and withdrawals from easy access products you hold. And all with the convenience of using fingerprint or facial recognition to authenticate yourself and your transactions.

What you can do on our app:

- Set up biometrics i.e. fingerprint or facial recognition
- Check your account balances
- See your recent transactions
- View your account details, including interest frequency and account destination
- Withdraw funds from your Ford Money easy access accounts to your Nominated Account.
- Make internal transfers from Ford Money easy access accounts to other Ford Money savings
accounts you hold with us (subject to the terms of that product).
- Set up future dated transactions on your Ford Money easy access accounts. 
- View future dated transactions you've already set up.
- Delete unprocessed pending future transactions.
- View personal details including name, address and contact details
- Change telephone and email contact details (two-factor verification required)
- Change marketing preferences
- Reset your password during intial app registration
- Request a reminder of your Customer ID during initial app registration
- Receive in-app notifications

We’ll continue to roll out additional features over the months so that eventually you'll be able to do everything using our app that you can currently do on our website!

How to get started:

1) Download the app to your phone.
2) Register the app using the same credentials as your Ford Money online account.

You will need:

1) An online savings account with Ford Money
2) A compatible Android phone or tablet

Important pre-requisite information:

- You will need to be an existing Ford Money customer
- You must be aged 16 or over to use the app
- You will need to have set-up a form of security on your device e.g. PIN, Fingerprint, Swipe Gesture
or Facial ID. This is required to further protect your information and prevent unauthorised access.

Although the app is free to download, your standard data charges will apply if using a mobile network.

Was great but now unuseable due to jailbroken or rooted message, and no no longer able to open the app. Same issue as others have mentioned. C'mon Ford Money you can fix this PLEASE!

Says my phone is jailbroken or rooted and so won't open. That is not so. Was working fine. Think the app needs up dating.

Been fine for six months but now no access - says my "Device jailbroken or rooted device" ?? Nothing has changed on my phone !!

What's new

Very small group of Android only customers (and not all) that are getting a root detection message when they try to download the newer version. To try and understand this in more detail we are wanting to release a new version of the app with some additional logging in so that we can diagnose the issue and understand root cause.
