Réforme offers its readers a different perspective on the events of the time, and the evolutions of our society. But it also tries to highlight and make known the initiatives taken by a number of associations, movements or communities inspired by the gospel. Attached to the requirements of ecumenism and far from any strictly confessional attitude, this newspaper wants to be inhabited by hope, benevolent and warm.

The weekly Réforme aims to be a complementary newspaper to daily newspapers and generalist magazines to decipher and analyze the events of general, political, social, economic or cultural news. Its requirement is to offer an in-depth reflection on the questions raised by current events and to help discern and provide benchmarks.
Information commented, explained, involved in a certain conception of politics, society, man. “It is first a question of seeking significant information, that is to say that which marks a society in a certain way. Information is here a raw material that must be reworked to bring out a meaning or an interpretation”, according to one of its founders, the sociologist and theologian Jacques Ellul.
Réforme is thus aimed at the entire population and contributes to the public debate from its particular roots. Reform is a platform, an agora where different points of view are heard.
Accustomed by its Protestant origins to the diversity of opinions and the confrontation of ideas, Réforme wishes to encourage quality contradictory debates by allowing everyone to develop their arguments. The “line” of Reform is that of confrontation and diversity.
