About this app

The application is an addition to the QMS web application, allowing you to operate selected functionalities of the full version from a mobile device. The application is intended for maintenance workers who are responsible for the technical efficiency of devices in the production hall. The application allows for quick access and reaction to current notifications (e.g. failures, changeovers) by persons responsible for their service (e.g. mechanics). In terms of handling the request, the employee converts the request into an order, makes a reservation for parts, settles the working time spent on a given order and determines the current status of the order.

The application is intended for companies that are clients of DSR SA and use the EAM product. In order to use the mobile application, the customer must obtain a subscription in DSR.
