MANAGEMENT
Your monthly metrics, daily tasks, and upcoming appointments are all available as soon as you open your account. A quick glance is all it takes to see what's important today and what's falling behind.

CLIENTS AND CONTACTS
Accounts, contacts, communication history, and notes from your team. Call or message with a tap directly from the contact card. Scan a business card: Orizen reads the contact information, checks the company against the registry, identifies duplicates, and creates the contact.

SALES AND INVOICING
View your quotes and invoices, and see at a glance what has been sent, accepted, paid, or is pending. Create a quote from your phone. If your company has enabled internal approval, approve or reject pending quotes without returning to the office.

PROJECTS AND CONSTRUCTION SITES, EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
Manage your ongoing projects with their phases, tasks, and progress. On-site, check in the team, record a measurement, declare a purchase, take photos, and note a deficiency. Everything is entered offline and resumes as soon as the signal is restored.

Provide on-site estimates, allocate personnel and equipment, and track the team's week. Submit a progress report, then hold a final inspection of the completed work: complete the report, document any issues with photos and cost estimates, and send the file to the client.

MESSAGING
Your professional inbox within the app: read, reply, and attach documents. All exchanges remain linked to the relevant client.

CALENDAR AND APPOINTMENTS
Your week and appointments, including participants. Invite colleagues from the list. Share a booking link so your clients can choose their preferred time slot.

ORIZEN ASSISTANT

SECURITY
Two-step login, session locked after a few minutes in the background and reopened using your device's biometrics. Your session remains securely stored on your phone.
