Some reminders matter too much to be a notification you swipe away half asleep.

Forget Me Not rings. A full screen, over the lock screen, with the screen lit, until you answer it — the way an alarm clock does. Then it snoozes, or dismisses, and comes back exactly when you told it to.

WHAT IT DOES

• Set a reminder for any date and time, to the minute
• Repeat hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — ending on a date, after a set number of times, or never
• Snooze it when it rings, or skip just the next occurrence and leave the rest of the schedule alone
• Add a note, so the reminder tells you what to do instead of only that something is due
• Test any reminder before you rely on it
• Light theme, dark theme, or whatever your phone is set to

Reminder apps usually go quiet because of a setting nobody told you about — battery optimization, a manufacturer's own app killer, a permission Android started asking for separately.

Forget Me Not checks each of those and names the one that would stop a reminder from arriving, with a button that opens the right settings screen. Your alarms are put back after a restart, after an app update, and after a change of time zone, so a reminder set weeks ago still rings on the right minute.

There is no sign-in and no server. Your reminders are stored on your phone and never leave it. No ads, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.
