Fork is a messenger for people who play. Build your gaming profile, show what you're playing, jump into Voice Rooms with friends and catch up on gaming news without bouncing between apps.

Fork is an unofficial, independent client. It uses the Telegram API and is part of the Telegram ecosystem. You sign in with your existing Telegram account. Your chats sync in real time.

WHAT FORK ADDS

GAMING PROFILE

Start with the games you actually play. Right after sign-in, pick your platforms and choose up to five favorites from the catalog. Fork uses those picks to set up your gaming profile, and you can change it anytime.

Your profile shows:
• up to five favorite games
• the platforms you play on
• a thought bubble next to your avatar that stays until you clear it
• achievements for setting up your profile
• a profile color you pick

GAME STATUS

Playing something now? Put it on your profile. Pick the game and set your status for 1, 3, 8 or 12 hours. When time's up, it clears on its own.

Fork doesn't detect what you launch. Your status only shows what you choose to share.

VOICE ROOMS

Create a Voice Room once, give it a name and an emoji, and it stays in the bar above your chats for the next time everyone's on. Share the link, and friends on Fork who join get the same room in their own bar. Talk while you play, plan what's next or just hang out.

YOUR GAMING FEED

No empty feed on day one. Fork starts with posts from a selected list of gaming channels. Add the channels you already follow, remove the ones you don't want and pick up where you left off.

DARK BY DEFAULT

Fork starts dark. After you sign in, your chats get a gaming wallpaper and a signature gradient up top. Want a different icon? Pick from four alternatives.

BRING YOUR FRIENDS

The people you play with are probably already in your chats. Invite them to Fork from a chat, group or profile.

THE MESSAGING YOU ALREADY KNOW

Fork is built on the open-source Telegram client code, so the everyday basics are already here: private and group chats, channels, media and files.

FROM "YOU ON?" TO ACTUALLY PLAYING

Playing together usually starts with a message. Fork keeps more of what happens next in the same place: what your friends say they're playing, voice and gaming news. Fewer steps between the chat and the game.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

Hiding your status or your favorite games doesn't delete what you saved. Reporting content and blocking people work throughout the app. Before you sign in, Fork asks you to accept its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
