ForkFax is not a government app. It is independent and does not represent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, any government agency. Results are shown as each health department publishes them; the official sources are listed below.

Every inspected restaurant shows its latest result as its county posts it: a letter grade, a score, a placard color, or the inspector's finding. Tap one to see its inspection history, with dates and the violations cited.
