The Manager & Employee App combines management and operational features in a single platform to streamline building, machine, and employee operations.
For Managers:
Dashboard: See total buildings, machines, employees, and health status summary.
Building Management: Add buildings (if allowed), view assigned buildings, display building QR codes.
Employee Management: Add, update, or remove employees, generate passcodes, and view employee lists.
Machine Management: Add machines with QR codes, assign to buildings, and monitor machine health (Red/Green).
Scan Feature: Scan building or machine QR codes to view health and checklist summaries.
Notifications: Receive alerts for machine errors, employee reports, system warnings, and new additions.
For Employees:
Login: Access the app using passcode validated by the assigned manager.
Workflow:
Scan building QR → validate access
Scan machine QR → check assignment and status
Complete machine checklist with Yes/No options and comments for issues
Machine Status Alerts: Red machines display warnings, green machines proceed to checklist.
Activity History: All submissions recorded with employee ID, building ID, machine ID, status, timestamp, and comments.
