About this app

FormCheck – View your form in any sport exactly how you want.

FormCheck is a video analysis app that allows you to carefully review your form using videos saved on your smartphone. It can be used for any sport or exercise where form reproduction is important, including tennis, golf, baseball, and tai chi. No complicated settings are required. Simply select a video, and you can immediately use frame-by-frame playback, slow motion, and zoom.

[Main Features]

■ Careful Review with One Video
Check your swing and movements, as well as example videos, using frame-by-frame playback. Simply rotate the jog dial to pinpoint the scene you want to see. Supports slow motion playback from 0.1x speed.

■ Side-by-Side Comparison of Two Videos
Play your form and the example form side-by-side simultaneously (the display switches between horizontal and vertical depending on the screen orientation). You can individually zoom, rotate, and lock each video, allowing you to carefully compare them at the right time.

■ Record as You See It
Save the exact movements you observed using frame-by-frame or slow-motion playback as a video. Convenient for reviewing later or sharing with coaches and teammates.

■ Supports Japanese and English
Switch the display language with a single tap from the app's top screen.

■ Resume from Last Stop
Even if you close the app, you can resume from the video and playback position you were last viewing when you open it again.

【Recommended for these sports and situations】

FormCheck — see any sport's form exactly the way you want to.

FormCheck is a video analysis app that lets you closely review your form using videos already saved on your phone. Tennis, golf, baseball, tai chi — any sport or movement where consistent form matters is a great fit. No complicated setup — just pick a video and start stepping through frames, playing in slow motion, or zooming in.

Key features:

• Single-video review
Step forward and backward frame by frame through your swing, pitch, or form, or a reference clip you're studying. A jog dial lets you scrub precisely to the moment you want to see, with slow-motion playback down to 0.1x speed.

• Side-by-side comparison
Play two videos together — your form next to a reference — arranged side by side or stacked, depending on orientation. Each video can be zoomed, rotated, and locked independently so you can line up the timing and compare closely.

• Record exactly what you see
Save the frame-stepped or slow-motion playback you just reviewed as its own video file, ready to watch again later or share with a coach or training partner.

• Japanese and English support
Switch the app's display language with one tap from the top screen.

• Pick up where you left off
FormCheck remembers what you were watching, even after closing and reopening the app.
