About this game

Twenty forms waiting on the imposing stone. A frame of steel, a case of loose
metal, and one rule: the frame has to end up with no gap anywhere in it.

Take a piece out of the case, turn it in your hand as often as you like, and
set it down. Turning is free - fiddling with a piece before you commit is not
a commitment. Setting it down is. Take one back off the stone and it costs you
a lift, and lifts are the only thing you are short of.

EVERY FORM REALLY DOES CLOSE
This is the promise, and it is checked rather than asserted. Each chase was
made by carving its open area into connected blocks and calling each block a
piece - so a perfect packing exists because the level was cut from one, not
because a search went looking and gave up. The shipped test lays every piece
into its own home on all twenty and refuses to pass unless the frame closes
solid with no lift spent.

You are not held to that particular packing. Any arrangement that fills the
chase wins.

TWENTY FORMS
From a five-by-five handbill to eight-by-eight night editions, with furniture
already locked into the frame that you have to work around. Five pieces at the
start, ten by the end.

FOUR TOOLS
Rule outlines where one loose piece belongs, and only ever picks one whose home
is still clear - advice you can actually act on. Backstep takes back your last
move. Impose sets a piece straight into place for slugs rather than a lift.
Reglet buys back a lift, although the record still shows it.

A SUPPLY BENCH
Four permanent tracks - an extra lift, better score, free Rules, richer pay -
three tiers each, drawn on the next form you open.

Plus eight awards, a daily draw that grows with a streak, and a diary of yours
last twenty forms.

MADE TO BE LEFT ALONE WITH
No timers. No lives. No energy meter. No network, no accounts, no ads, no
analytics, no tracking of any kind - the whole game lives in one file on your
device and nothing about you leaves it.

ACCESSIBILITY
An optional cast glyph on every square so a piece reads apart from it
neighbor without color, a ghost footprint under the held piece, a reduced
flash mode, and a warning on your last lift.
