About this app

Formula Auto Lease Admin is the mobile companion to the Formula Auto Lease web admin. It is an internal tool for our own staff, not a consumer app. Every screen requires a company-issued account, and there is no public sign-up.

Formula Auto Lease is a licensed California automobile broker serving San Diego and Los Angeles. We source, negotiate and deliver vehicles so our customers do not have to sit in a dealership. Our work is time critical: the first team to answer a new lead usually earns it. This app exists so that nothing waits for someone to reach a desk.

WHAT THE APP DOES

Dashboard
See the pipeline at a glance, with live counts by stage and site activity.

Deals
Browse and edit deal records, update terms and status, and add vehicle photos straight from the camera or photo library.

Applications
Review credit applications and their attached documents, work the queue, and open a full application record.

CRM
Look up people, work the pipeline by stage, and place a call, text or email in one tap from the contact record.

Booking
Create, reschedule and confirm appointments.

Campaigns and Media
Review campaign performance and browse the shared media library. Composing and sending campaigns stays in the web admin, on purpose.

Users and Roles
Manage staff accounts and access from your phone.

Account and security
Face ID or fingerprint unlock, two-factor authentication, and a device list so you can see and remove every signed-in device.

NOTIFICATIONS

Get alerted the moment a new lead, application or booking arrives, and open straight to the record from the notification.

ACCESS

Accounts are created by Formula Auto Lease for its own employees. There is no registration, no trial, no subscription and no in-app purchase. If you are not a member of our staff, this app will not be usable to you.
