Forsite Kiosk turns any Tablet into the front desk for a commercial property or construction site. Mount it in the lobby or the site office and people sign themselves in. No queue, no paper book, no one tied up walking visitors through it.

Contractors check in against your site's requirements. If a site or company induction is outstanding, the kiosk walks them through it on the spot and holds check-in until it is done. Hazard registers and site documents are right there to read before they enter.

Visitors read your site agreement, sign on screen, and are checked in. If you have host notifications on, the person they are visiting gets an email the moment they arrive.

Couriers tap Deliveries, pick who the parcel is for, and the right person is notified. No name on the label? One tap tells the whole site team instead.

Keys are tracked too. Contractors can check keys out and back in from the kiosk, see what is available, and swap one key for another, with every movement recorded against their name.

Prefer your own phone? Scan the QR code on the kiosk's home screen and run the same check-in from your browser, no app install needed.

Built for unattended use: the kiosk signs in once, keeps itself awake, recovers from network drops on its own, and runs locked to the screen for weeks at a time. Everything lands in your Forsite account as it happens, so timesheets, inductions and key movements are always current.
