FortGuards Admin is the management panel for condominium and building administrators. Control access, security personnel, and condominium finances from your mobile phone.

MAIN FEATURES

• Condominiums and Houses: Add condominiums, houses, and owners.

• Security Guard Management: Create security guard accounts and assign shifts.

• Credential Center: Securely reset owner and security guard passwords (no plaintext passwords).

• Access Control: View entry and exit history, and scan QR codes for guests and owners.

• Expenses: Manage the payment status of each unit.

• Notifications: Send alerts to the entire condominium or a specific unit.

• Emergency Alerts: Receive and respond to panic alerts from residents.

• Common Area Reservations: Approve or reject requests.

SECURITY

Access is protected by roles (super-admin, administrator, guard) and data is encrypted in transit. Designed to work in conjunction with the FortGuards owner app.
