FortGuards is the app for residents and owners of condominiums and buildings.

Manage access, your guests, and your maintenance fees from your cell phone, simply and securely.

MAIN FEATURES

• Guests with QR codes: Generate access codes for your visitors, with limits on uses or time. The security guard scans them at the entrance.

• Visitor registration: Visitors register only once and request entry to your home; you accept, decline, or revoke access.

• Home code: Quick code to authorize entry.

• Maintenance fees: Check the status of your fees (pending/paid) and register your payment by uploading the receipt.

• Condominium notifications: Receive notifications sent by the administration, general or specific to your home.

• Emergency alerts: Panic button to alert security in case of an emergency.

• Reservations: Reserve the condominium's common areas.

SECURITY

Access is protected with authentication, and data is transmitted encrypted. The app is designed for secure access management in gated communities.

FortGuards works in conjunction with the community's management app and security personnel for organized and reliable access control.
