Nearly harassment levels of calling, I had asked once on the phone to stop with the calling and in there chat. they are rude and very degrading and do not care what customers say. there main goal is to harass people who newly installed so they uninstall. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT USING THIS APP

This App, plus the Fortrade Pro app never work. Whenever I log in they keep on showing "Establishing Connection". This is very inconvenient and disappointing for some one who is not sitting around a computer most of the time. I can't believe people have been complaining about this issue since 2019 and now it's 2025 and still nothing is done about it.

The withdrawing your money pricess is impossible. You will send gazillion of withdrawal requests to withdraw your funds. It will never happen. On top of it their support team keeps repeating themselves not knowing how to respond. I just started using this broker. But I am 99% sure to stop using it. I will delete my account for sure and I don't want to deal with a withdrawal process with limited ewallet options and withdrawal that lasts for ages. Ps. Don't say to reach out to you again I won't.
