The app is great when it works properly, however, it will kick me out on occasion and give me an error message saying that my credentials cannot be verified which is weird an inaccurate because I login with my biometrics (fingerprint). It will say "fingerprint recognized" yet still not allow me access. I will manually type my password and still get the same message. I usually have to un and re install the app and it works fine. This happens about once or twice every month and is inconvenient.

Worst bank in the country. Needs to catch up to the times. Don't have a glitch in the system on the weekends...will lock you out and have to jump through numerous hoops to get it unlocked. Archaic system at best!

Pretty good app, sometimes it shuts down or it laggs like crazy but you gotta have some patience :) only thing tho is that I gotta go to a website to use the chat virtual agent feature, when it used to be on the app but other than its ok
