Unicom is the quick-reference companion for pilots: the frequency you need, before you need it; even with no signal on the ramp.

Every US airport, fully offline The complete FAA airport database ships in the app and updates on the 28-day NASR cycle. Frequencies, runways, pattern altitudes, elevation, fuel, and remarks work with airplane mode on, in the run-up area, or at a grass strip with no coverage.

Built for the "what's the CTAF?" moment • Tower, ground, ATIS, CTAF, UNICOM, approach - grouped, labeled, and one tap from a copy to your clipboard • Runway lengths, surfaces, lighting, and right-pattern flags at a glance • Nearby airports by GPS, instant search by ident, name, or city • Curated lists for the fields you fly to.

Weather when you're connected, honestly aged when you're not. METAR and TAF from the National Weather Service, decoded with wind, ceiling, visibility, altimeter, and density altitude - with a flight-category badge and age that always tells you how old the observation is at a glance. Cached weather is clearly marked stale, never passed off as current.

Official FAA chart supplements The current Chart Supplement page, rendered in-app on demand for every airport with a published FAA entry. Pre-download supplements for your list airports on Wi-Fi and they're there when you're offline.

Data currency you can verify The active NASR cycle and its date range are shown in Settings. Updates download automatically on Wi-Fi each cycle.

Free, no strings No ads, ever. No account, ever. All airport data and weather are free - Unicom is built by a solo developer and stays free. If it saves you a scramble someday, there's a quiet tip jar in Settings.

Private by design - Your location is used on-device to find nearby airports and is never transmitted. Anonymous usage statistics help improve the app and can be turned off in Settings; crash reports are sent only when something breaks so that I can fix it and contain no location, identifiers, or personal data. Unicom is a reference tool for situational awareness on the ground. It is not a substitute for official preflight planning, current charts, or NOTAMs.
