The Problem

The Solution

FOSEP-S.A.F.E provides a simple verification mechanism. Each certificate or product contains a QR code with a secure digital signature generated by the issuing organization. When scanned, the app verifies that the information has not been altered and confirms that it was signed by a legitimate issuer.

How It Works

The user scans a QR code on the certificate or product.

Verification Results

For academic certificates, the app can display information such as the issuing institution, degree details, year of award, and certificate reference number. Optional visual checks can help confirm printed security features.

For products, the app may display the manufacturer name, product identification number, batch number, serial number, and manufacturing year. This allows buyers, retailers, inspectors, and customs officials to quickly confirm authenticity.
