this was great, and i would use this service over uber but recently it seems when i book for a ride the wait times get up to 10 to 20 minutes on off peak times. very disappointed as they were so good till recently. i prebooked a ride for 16.25 on a week where students arent on campus as much and i waited over 10 minutes just to have one driver look at my booking and ignore it. i settled to cancel and go with uber. got a driver immediatly. before christmas this was the opposite. very disapointed.

This app is a breath of fresh air from you know who. Granted its midly more expensive but not by much and the drivers actually commit to pick you up rather than 'waiting for a driver' for ages and then half a dozen notifcations telling you to stand in the right place like a drill sergeant. if you are in the middle of town drivers are plentiful, they are friendly and cabs are clean. there is NO DIFFERENCE between asap and scheduling a time, unlike the yankee competition.

Horrific and shocking. Pre-booked a taxi around 5pm to be picked up at 7:50pm the same day, booking accepted and approved, great. No! Get a notification at 7:40pm saying it's been cancelled as no drivers available, then tried to rebook and said next available booked was 20:05, booked and accepted, that then gets cancelled 5 minutes later. I rang & they said I'm looking at an hour & the app will just continue to accept & cancel until drivers are available, all other firms said an hour, dreadful
