I am 80 years old. I do not want to have to go through two or three stages of authentication to get to my account. I just want to enter one pin. also the old layout was much more friendly and easier to navigate

I love the colored and simplified icons for bills in my account to make it easy and stress free trying to figure out what the charges are for.

I think the new bank format is easier & clearer to work with.
