Parts of the app are easy to use, others you spend a lot of time searching for. Latest change doesn't show account numbers so if you are transferring to a families account, it's a guessing game of which one until you can get a nickname saved for it or go under member to member transfer. Also if you send a message for assistance, they never contact you back and both text and phone are given as options.

Didn't realize how much I needed a loading screen simulator. EDIT: So it looks like they fixed the infinite loading bug. With that gone it's overall everything you could ask for in a banking app. My only gripe is that your credit card transaction history cannot be viewed except through an external link (Debit card history works fine!), but otherwise pretty good.

While we are unable to list credit card history, you can access it from your OLB menu by going to TRANSACTIONS/CREDIT CARD SERVICES. Call at 231-929-2000 if we can assist in any way. /Dani

New Credit Card Changes Suck I've never been able to manage my credit card account through the app, but before recent changes in 2022 I could AT LEAST see my credit card account balance. Now I have to be on the website no matter what to have any access to that account. Incredibly frustrating. I'd give 0 stars if I could, which is super sad, because the tellers are always the best, so kind. But this technology is way less than satisfying.
