About this app

The 4 Point Inspection Report creator app is designed to save you time in the field conducting your 4 Point inspections. 4 Point Inspection creates the 2025 Citizens 4 Point Inspection form in PDF format. It also lets you add your photos from a local file or use your Android camera, and attaches the required photo sheet at the back of the form.

You can then send the PDF form to yourself or to your client in one simple step. The 4 Point Inspection app is designed to save you time, whether you send reports directly from the field or create them when you are back at the office.

Important! This form uses the 2025 revision of the Citizens form: Insp4pt 03 25. Please make sure you are selecting the correct app.

Feature Highlights:
- Property search: enter the address to look up the year built, folio number and building permit information where the county publishes it. Add any permit history found to your report if you choose.
- One tap to the county appraiser record and the FEMA flood map for the property.
- A professional cover page with your company details and license photos.
- An optional Attachments page that lets you create a full page from any image or screenshot you want displayed on its own.
- If you have a subscription to JetInspect, your scheduled inspections appear in the app, and any information from the home inspection report that exists on the 4 Point report can be imported to save you time. Photos you took and uploaded to JetInspect can be imported too.
- Add photos using your device camera or from the photo gallery
- Order and rotate photos and add a text description
- Sign reports directly on the device
- Create reports in PDF format right from the field and send them to your clients
- Back up and restore reports to Google Drive, which also saves storage space on your device

Please help! I love this app. Recently it won't let me send reports because they reach over 25 mb is there a way that we can get around this? It won't even let me send it as a zip file. Sometimes I have to do inspections for big houses and I keep running into this problem.

good app but its gotta get easier arranging pictures. it takes me so long to arrange them.i should be able to click and drag them, not use arrows..i see your answer on the newest to oldest is how the pictures are generated, but wouldnt make sence to have it oldest to newest since i start my inspection at the beginging.. than i have to reorder every picture to put it in order.. please resolve this issue for 5 stars

Have used this app and the Wind Mitigation app for many years. Developer is very helpful and quick to respond. Both apps do exactly what I need. Any difficulty in completing the report (ie.. permit info, missing labels,etc) is because of the Citizen form itself not the app
