About this app

FourQ Learn — The Complete Tutoring Platform

FourQ Learn brings tutors, students, parents and administrators together in one seamless app. Whether you're teaching, learning, or managing a tutoring service, FourQ Learn simplifies the entire experience — from scheduling classes and logging hours to invoicing, payments and real-time communication.

Built for private tutors, coaching centres and learning academies, FourQ Learn replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper receipts with a single, secure, easy-to-use platform.

▸ FOR TUTORS • Log teaching hours with a simple timesheet — subject, student, duration, notes • Create and manage your class schedule with recurring sessions • Track your monthly earnings and payment history • Chat directly with students and parents inside the app • Get reminders before each class so you never miss a session

▸ FOR PARENTS • See every class your child is enrolled in — past, present and upcoming • Receive monthly invoices with a full breakdown of hours and fees • Pay securely in-app via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) • Download and store receipts for every paid invoice • Chat with tutors and administrators without switching apps • Monitor your child's attendance and progress at a glance

▸ FOR STUDENTS • Home dashboard with today's classes and personal progress • Access learning materials, quizzes and study resources • Chat with tutors for doubt clearing • Track your own attendance and performance history

▸ KEY FEATURES ✓ Role-based experience — one app, four tailored interfaces ✓ Timesheet tracking with admin approval workflow ✓ Class scheduling with recurring & one-off sessions ✓ Automated monthly invoicing ✓ Secure Razorpay payments (India) with instant receipts ✓ In-app chat between all roles ✓ Push notifications for classes, messages and invoices ✓ Attendance & progress reports ✓ Encrypted authentication powered by Supabase ✓ Data privacy first — request account deletion anytime from Profile

▸ WHY FOURQ LEARN • Save time: No more manual invoice creation or spreadsheet reconciliation • Get paid faster: Parents can pay the moment they receive the invoice • Fewer disputes: Approved timesheets and stored receipts settle questions instantly • One source of truth: Every class, hour, payment and message lives in one place • Peace of mind: Bank-grade encryption, GDPR-friendly data controls

▸ PRIVACY & CONTROL Your data belongs to you. FourQ Learn lets you request a full account and data deletion at any time — directly from Profile → Delete Account, or via our public deletion form. We only collect what's needed to run the tutoring experience and never sell your data.
