The idea of the app is amazing, and it makes communication with the hotel a breeze. However I've had numerous issues. There are items available through the app that the hotel isn't able to provide. All of the links to anything deeper than then one level do not work. I can see the restaurants, but not their menus or reservations system. There is no way to look at past orders placed. The option for ordering coffee for breakfast doesn't work.

Although much of the information about a given hotel is on the app, the UI is far from friendly. Links disappear, take you to the wrong pages, images appear stretched, and a few pages are listed as unavailable. Looks like it hasn't been fully tested.

"You're using an old version of the mobile app" message appears when opening the app, and all functionality is disabled. But there is no newer version of the Android app. Completely broken experience in the middle of a hotel stay where we are dependent on the app for dining and other requests.
