About this app

Songware helps musicians, worship teams, bands, choirs, and music leaders keep every song organized and ready for rehearsal, performance, or service.

Build a searchable music library with lyrics, chords, original keys, tempo, time signatures, tags, audio links, and recordings. Organize songs into songbooks, plan setlists, assign participants, add dates and venues, and keep shared organization content in one place.

Import music without rebuilding every song by hand. Songware supports smart imports from images, PDFs, plain text, ChordPro, iReal, MusicXML, Word documents, and ZIP archives. Review imported content, correct it where needed, then save it to your personal or organization library.

When it is time to play, start a live session and collaborate in real time. A leader can guide the set while participants follow synchronized song changes, turn sync off when needed, request leadership, suggest songs, and return to the leader’s current position. Built-in chat and notifications help teams coordinate before and during a set.

Songware also includes a presentation workspace on desktop and web. Present lyrics and chords, style text and backgrounds, and add images, videos, imported PDF pages, custom text, or countdown slides. Control the output separately while keeping the presentation tools on your main screen.
