HOW THE APP WORKS
To scan a barcode simply open the app, point the camera at the barcode image, and you are done with it!
There is no need to take a picture of barcode or press any button. Scan will automatically recognise any code when your camera is pointing at image.
When scanning a Barcode/QR code, if the code contains a website URL, you will automatically be taken to the site.
If the code just contains text, you'll immediately see it.
This app works with most types of barcodes and qr codes both as qr code generator and barcode generator as well as qr code scanner and barcode scanner which makes it a handy tool to have. You can easily scan all these with just pointing your phone at them.

Bad. Doesn't allow you to line up the barcode and scanner before scanning, so it randomly scans everything it sees, which includes any words that may be near the barcode, so it wants to search the words instead of reading the barcode. I can already read, thanks. Then to get out of it, you have to use the back button on your phone which creates a flurry of pop up ads. Uninstalling.

This is the best barcode scanner, I loaded up six different ones on my phone and tested them and this one works the best for my needs! Best barcode scanner so far. Has some ads and no option to pay for the app to remove ads. I recomand it.

Barcode Scanner: Barcode Reader is extremely easy to use; simply point to QR or barcode scanner you want to scan and app will automatically detect and scan it. No need to press any buttons, take photos or adjust zoom. I love it when I use it.
