Pick the apps that derail you, then choose how strict you want to be:

• Daily time cap (minutes per day)
• Session cap (minutes per session)
• 📅 Schedule window (block during certain hours)
• Emergency Access (limited unlocks so you’re never “stuck”)

Get a nudge when you’ve been in an app too long, so you can snap back to what matters.

PERMISSIONS (TRANSPARENT)
• Accessibility Service (Focus Shield): used only to detect the foreground app and show the blocking screen. Fowo does not read your messages, keystrokes, or screen content.
• Usage Access (optional, recommended): improves accuracy for time limits on some devices.
