Swapp turns the 3×3 sliding puzzle into a race. No endless levels to grind through: just one puzzle, a stopwatch, and a leaderboard that tells you exactly how you stack up against everyone else.
DAILY RACE
Every day, everyone gets the exact same puzzle. One attempt, one time, one shared leaderboard. The top ten take home the biggest Ticket rewards, with the largest prize going to first place. At midnight it all resets and a brand-new puzzle begins.
1v1 QUICK MATCH
Head to head, same layout, first to finish wins. You watch your opponent advance tile by tile as you play, so you always know whether you're ahead or about to be overtaken. Entry costs 10 Tickets and a win pays 20.
TRAINING
No cost, no leaderboard, no pressure. Stopwatch and move counter always on screen so you can chip away at your personal best. Works without a connection too — on a plane, on the subway, anywhere.
TICKETS ARE EARNED, NEVER BOUGHT
You start with 100 Tickets. After that you earn them by playing: wins, the daily race, a login bonus, seven days in a row for an extra reward, optional videos. There's no way to buy them, so nobody outspends you to beat your time.
