Ratings and reviews

It works, but everything is so slow. Switching between messages, replies, different children, etc. simply takes way too much time.

The app is clunky, slow to load data and switch screens. The transition between old and new app could have been handled better. No explanation given why we need to move to the new app. All data from the old app is gone. Overall the user experience is pretty bad, the app feels like it is built by a bunch of amateurs. Makes me wonder if my children's data is safe enough with them...

I like it and I could say exactly why if I had used it for more than a day before being asked for a review. Unfortunately the only two options there were "rate now" or "never". Weird but not the app's fault I guess.
