About this app

Foxlogik is the mobile companion for teams that run their operations on the Foxlogik ERP platform. It gives field staff a fast, conversational way to look up work data and record what happened on site, without opening a laptop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Ask questions in plain language. Foxlogik's built-in AI assistant answers using your own records from your company's Foxlogik server - projects, tasks, timesheets, purchase orders and more.
- Log work by chatting. Describe your hours, a site deficiency, or a purchase request, and the assistant drafts the entry for you.
- Review before anything is saved. Every proposed entry is shown to you first. Nothing is written to your company's records until you approve it.
- Attach photos. Capture a photo on site and send it with your message so the record has visual context.
- Share your location. Optionally attach your current location to a message when the work is site-specific.
- Work in light or dark mode, following your device appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

Foxlogik requires an account on your organisation's Foxlogik ERP server. You sign in through your own company's secure login page, and your credentials are never stored in the app. This app is intended for employees and contractors of organisations that use Foxlogik.
