Here we go again... The app completely stopped working following the recent update - as it did just a few months ago following the previous update. I was logged out and the app won't let me access my account or rewards - ordering as a guest was the only available functionality. Not even a complete uninstall/reinstall resolves the issue this time (this did get the app working last time). It keeps telling me my password is incorrect even though it works when I log in online, so it is correct.

Update: App updated again and did not retain my previous rewards and funds loaded into the app. Feb 2024: The old app was great, but now with this update, I've been logged out, lost all rewards for free drinks (3), and even money I had sitting in the app to apply towards my future purchases is gone. I am also not able to place an order for pick up, any time I try, the app crashes.

So when you use the app you accumulate points to getting a free drink. I accumulated enough points and then when I went in there was no record of it. Additionally, when I went in on my birthday, there was no way to get my free birthday drink, which is something they advertise on their site. Other than that, using the app is great. It's fast and convenient, but part of the reason to sign up is for the rewards!
