update didnt recognize that I had an old account, so had to create a new one. went to place an order, added item to cart, exited the app and when I went back in, item isn't saved and had to redo order. go to check out, have to add a card to my wallet (a step i already did). also, app font is much smaller, especially pop up for pick up/ delivery. overall a poor upgrade from the previous app.

I love Foxtail but the app needs a lot of work. New drinks are often left without options (making them decaf), or new flavors are left out of building a latte (although you can order the new flavors on the special drink). You can pay with a gift card in the app but the QR code can't be used in store so you'll need to read the cashier the gift card number. I hope they are working to continuously improve the app and in-person experience. The app now defaults to a 20% tip without asking!!!

The app does not display everything available at my location. Others in the office that have andriods have a different version of the app and it displays all items. There is also an annoying bug when I order that if I don't do it quick enough, I get a message saying so.ething updated on my order and I cannot compete it at this time. I go back and try again. Sometimes I only have to do it once more but have had a few times when it was 3+ times.
