Supports Real Estate Agents in promoting Home Staging options with their vendors, instantly in real time. Shows the benefits of Home Staging with interactive images, allows the ability for Agents to provide accurate pricing on the spot with their vendors, and allows priority delivery dates to be requested for scheduling.
The app also allows Agents to register for the Foxx and Filly Agent Partner Programme, giving additional benefits such as a loyalty scheme and access to flexible payment terms which the Agent can offer their vendors. The Agent can manage their engagement with the loyalty scheme by seeing their staging activity and when their next benefits are able to be redeemed for their Vendors.
This allows Agents to pass on their accrued benefits to vendors as an additional motivator to capture the listing for those vendors that may be unsure about the cost/benefits of staging their home.
