Disappointed with the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this app. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I canceled my subscription because it didn’t deliver what I expected, yet they’re still charging me until the end of the year. There’s no flexibility or accountability. If you’re looking for a smarter alternative, try Otter — it works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile, and the support is much better.

It looks promising, but the ability to embed videos/YouTube is missing. This should be standard, with a YouTube summary.
