Ratings and reviews

The platform broadcasts English football matches but has removed the original English commentary. It existed last month; now it’s gone, replaced with two Vietnamese options labeled “neutral” and “emotional". I unsubscribed. EDIT: The company replied to my English review with a copy/paste and no resolution, in Vietnamese. The customer service channels they provided only use Vietnamese. Perfect. EDIT: contacted Zalo customer service. Customer service literally laugh emoji'd then unfriended me.

Impossible to turn off Vietnamese dub on cable channels. That solely make the platform incomparable to the rest of other streaming platforms (and even pirating ones).

I will prefer Rophim than this, if not, then try Netflix instead, of course you need to pay, but it's worthy.About this app, because there are not many movies, including international movies and the UI is hard for the user, then sometimes it's laggy. So, I'm not recommended this. Thanks
