Works offline and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

— KITCHEN DISPLAY (KDS) —
Real-time kitchen screen with station tabs (Grill, Fryer, Beverages, and more — configured from the cloud). Items route to the correct station automatically based on product setup. Preparation-time targets displayed per item.

— TABLE & WAITER MANAGEMENT —
Visual table plan, table reservation, QR ordering, and a dedicated waiter app for taking orders and tracking kitchen status at the table.

— ZATCA PHASE 2 COMPLIANCE —
Built-in Saudi e-invoicing: ECDSA key pair generation, CSR submission, compliance and production CSID lifecycle, per-invoice chained XML signing, and an offline invoice queue with automatic retry — all managed from the admin cloud portal.

— INVENTORY & WAREHOUSE —
Store stock tracking, purchase orders, warehouse-to-store transfers, consumption recipes with FIFO cost-layer valuation, and spoilage logging. Opening stock setup included.

— PROMOTIONS & COUPONS —
Date-range promotions, happy-hour pricing, and coupon-code discounts with minimum bill amount, outlet restriction, usage limits, and full redemption reports.

— LOYALTY PROGRAMME —
Points-per-spend, flexible redemption rates, and per-outlet or brand-wide scope — all configured from the admin portal.

— REPORTS —
Shift-level sales, inventory counts, consumption, indents, receipts, and wastage for managers. Cross-date, multi-branch admin reports with shift-type and outlet filters.

— BILINGUAL —
Full Arabic and English support throughout — UI, menu names, receipts, and kitchen tickets. RTL layout switches automatically.
