About this app

FPrimeC iPile App for Apple® iPad is designed to simplify the entire process of low strain impact integrity evaluation of deep foundations. FPrimeC iPile connects (through Bluetooth connectivity) to its app for Apple® iPad and allows for instant displaying of test measurements, on-site analysis and interpretation, and generating reports. iPile is equipped with the largest and brightest screen, bringing an unmatched experience to geotechnical engineers, and NDT specialists on the complex environment of construction site

• Real-time Displaying, Analysis and Reporting
• Built-In Report Generation (No Extra PC Software needed)
• Designed to Simplify Analysis and Reporting
• Largest and Brightest LCD with Heavy Duty Protecting Case

iPile is the most advanced wireless sensor for evaluating the low Strain impact Integrity of deep foundations and piles by sonic-echo method. iPile belongs to the family of shaft head impact tests, where the response of an impact made on the head of pile head (using a hand-held hammer) is recorded by a high precision motion transducer (i.e. accelerometer).

iPad uses the state-of-the-art mobile computing power for data collection, analysis and reporting. Measurements are transferred, using Bluetooth 4 technology, to Apple iPad with a large screen. Geotechnical engineers and NDT specialist can use iPile results to assess the quality and integrity of newly built or installed deep foundation prior to construction of the superstructure; Moreover, iPile can help forensic engineers and condition assessment experts in evaluating the integrity and unknown length of existing piles.

iPile is equipped high precision acceleration sensor for collecting quality measurements at the pile head. iPile meets the technical specifications set by the ASTM D 5882 "Standard Test Method for Low Strain Impact Integrity Testing of Deep Foundations".
