Ratings and reviews

Very surprised at the sensitive sound quality this app can pick up on my android. I used this for a recording on a school project, and took many takes because small noises such as me running my shoulder or tapping the end recording were picked up. Solution: stand perfectly still and end the recording a second longer, editing out the tapping of the pause button. :) Simple and easy to use, ads are annoying but it is free. I rare five stars for ease of access and sound quality.

I'm using the app to record and submit a voiceover script for a project. The recording quality is great! Noise suppression really works - I'm just using my phone mic not a headset, and I can't hear anything in the background. -4 stars because the app continues to prompt me to use background recording at every navigation away from the recording screen (play, rename, edit, etc.) I did not get this app to do background recording, I should only be prompted ONCE as I can always change this setting.

It is a simple, dependable app. I hate the ads. The most recent time I opened the app, the developer posted a note asking for me to leave a review. In leaving a review in the Google app store, I was asked to rate the ads experience. This led me to look for a native app on the phone which has no ads. I've deleted this app because I don't wants ads.
